If you were the highest bidder on an auction you might have been frustrated by not being able to raise your bid, especially at the last minute to prevent being sniped. We've heard you and have changed it high bidders can now make a higher bid. Because you're technically outbidding yourself, you'll need to have the funds for your new bid over and above what your previous bid (just like any other player making a bid), but of course as soon as your new bid is accepted your previous bid will be returned to you. This is a small change, and staff has tested it over the past week, but being a new feature if you run into anything unexpected please file a Mod Box report about it . Happy auctioning!

A Mini Update

We wanted to drop in and give everyone a small update on progress for Horse Fable so you know we haven¢t gone missing. We have been working non-stop since we last spoke to you all and are knee deep in lots of new content and art. So far, we have core gameplay complete with only layout adjustments and player input changes to add. We also have the base of many of the new features complete which only need information input by myself. Soon, Bedouin will begin another round of big features! As most everyone knows, building something costs a lot of money and time. At the moment, Bedouin and I are investing our time  and money into ensuring Horse Fable has all the art and content it needs before launch. This means often we spend many hours working without paying ourselves which in the long run, we think is well worth it. However, even with our hours of dedication to the game and the money we can contribute, there's only so much art we can get done... We have many artists working away at NPCs, maps (oooo!), towns (ooOoO!), and many other secrets. So, to help pay for more art we have decided to open up forever upgrades for sale.

Forever Upgrades

Forever upgrades are on sale from now until September 20th at 11:59 PM EST/game time. Buying a forever upgrade means you will be able to enjoy the perks for your upgrade tier well¢¦ forever! Forever upgrades are available for bronze, gold, and platinum upgrades. If you purchase a bronze or gold infinite upgrade and later wish to upgrade to a higher tier, you may do so by paying the ingot difference between the tiers. Ex. The bronze tier is 15,000 ingots and gold 20,000. If you wish to later upgrade from your bronze infinite upgrade to gold, the cost would be 5,000 ingots.

As a reminder, Horse Fable updates will not be posted to Eqcetera. Instead, they can be accessed through 2 channels: HoFa socials or by signing up for updates on horsefable.com , we suggest both following socials and signing up for emails. Our goal between now and when we launch HoFa is to really concentrate on building the social media channels and increase awareness about HoFa in general.

We are here to release the coolesssst and fresssshest pet in town, the SERPENS.

They are slithering around town with a fresh look and are excited to meet you all!

Of course, it wouldn't be a pet spotlight week without our weekly Fan Art Contest!! So, we decided to change it up just a bit. It's still the same way to submit your artwork (in the contest section of the forums, or on social media with the #serpens and #sensipets) BUT we are going to let YOU decide on a winner! The last day to submit artwork will be this Sunday at 8PM EST. The artwork with the most heart reactions ¢¤¯¸¢¤¯¸¢¤¯¸¢¤¯¸¢¤¯¸ by Wednesday the 15th, will be the winner of the contest, so make sure you tell your friends about it so they can react to your post!
