Yay!...It's Halloween and time to gather some yummy candies from everyone and hope no one plays any tricks!


All decked out in my little devil costume, I went out the door and down the sidewalk.
When out of nowhere I happened upon this glowing goo trail. Curiosity got the best of me, so I just HAD to follow it!

It was getting kind of creeeeeeeepy, as I heard noises that made me tremble to the bones. However, I JUST had to keep going, even though the area was getting very heavily treed. I crept deeper into the woods, when I recalled an old town myth of a hidden area that all the undead gathered at. Even knowing that, I still NEEDED to see what the noise was and why the goo trail was there!



I very carefully, though even a bit hesitant, kept walking, when the goo trail....just stopped! I looked around, it was dark and I was scared to DEATH!..The noises got LOUDER, I wanted to run, but couldn't.

A tiny light appeared a short ways in front of me, so I slowly walked up to it and that is when I SEEN it!.........

It was an extremely frightful and paralyzing sight!

I looked fast and then run swiftly home before anyone or thing could see me!

Does anyone else hear the howling of a Phantasmoire Wulfer? It almost sounds a bit musical, doesn't it? For this year's Phantasmoire contest, we're challenging everyone to write a spine-chilling song that'll be stuck in our heads for years to come. So if you've been hoping to show off your songwriting skills, now's your chance to shine!



Your song does not need to take place in Terrafrost, but it must be appropriate for the site. Scary content is allowed, of course -- just keep it PG-13! And as much as we'd love to hear an hour-long Phantasmoire-themed musical, we'd prefer if your song was 100 words or less.



Before you get out your instruments and music sheets, be sure to read over these contest guidelines:

Rule 1 - One entry per User.
Rule 2 - Work must be entirely your own.
Rule 3 - Feel free to get creative! You can use existing IcePets concepts or create your own, but it must fit the spooky theme.
Rule 4 - Your submission cannot be something that already exists on the site. This includes - and is not limited to - Book content, item descriptions, news posts, or other written content.
Rule 5 - Your submission cannot be identical to other existing works or ideas outside of IcePets; you may make references with your story, but it cannot be a direct copy.
Rule 6 - The story must be kept PG-13. For example, you may include mild violence, but not descriptive gore or brutality, etc. All entries submitted must be considered appropriate under the Terms and Conditions of IcePets.

What is a Raffle?

A brand new feature!

Raffles have various prizes you can win by purchasing a ticket!
You can buy as many tickets as you like.

When a raffle is over, the prizes are drawn and given out to winners.
(Sometimes there is a consolation prize too for people who don't win!)



How do I enter?

On the sidebar you will see "Raffles" under the Community header.

When a raffle is available you can view the prizes and information, and if it is started, you can buy tickets!

There will also be a notification sent out when a raffle begins and ends!

You can buy tickets 1 at a time, or x5, or x10 at a time!
There is no limit to how many tickets you may purchase.

You may win multiple prizes, but never more than once per prize-type.



The raffle ended but theres no prizes?

The draw date for prizes and the end date for ticket purchases may be separate! This means the raffle is closed to ticket purchases but will draw the prizes at a later date.

The timestamps for raffles starting, ending, and drawing, may be off by up to 5 minutes as the system checking raffles only runs every 5 minutes.

Oops! This is a brand new feature, and although we tested it there may still be some bugs in the code!
