I am making this review under an anonymous name, as the owner is known to harass the people who speak against her.

TLDR: The admin is abusive, tyrannical, and a scammer. Do not ever work for this website.

WindRose is a Virtual PetSim built on the same awful dictatorship of an egomaniac as L.A. Noire was.

For those who don't know: Brendan McNamara, the main man behind L.A. Noire, was known to harrass employees so much that more than 100 were quitting while working with him, most of which have not worked with the man for long. 

There is nothing good to say about WindRose. The only good I can talk about is the friends I and many other people have made while on the website. 

For me, it was an immense load off of my chest when I had quit and my status on the site had been revoked.

As the owner is continuously refusing to listen, though, I couldn't rest letting this just die off. I wanted to make at least some of this story public to strangers for how awful the conditions were working with the Admin Asdracagan.

She is the PetSim equivalent of a parent who constantly verbally and psychologically abuses their children for such minor infractions as forgetting to call when coming home 10 minutes late and then wonders why their children stopped talking to them when they moved out. Because, matter of factly, she will say all those former staff are welcome back when they see their mistakes, instead of ever accepting that she may be in the wrong when literally her entire site, including her own staff, sign a petition to make her quit and sell the website to those who actually care and can work the site. She did not sell the site, stating she does not believe anyone could do better than her.

Almost all staff that had been on the team that Asdracagan, the admin, hired, have already left. The site is small to the point you maybe have 3 active users a day, and there are 7 staff members who left. 

All but one of whom have cited it was because of the admins inability to accept fault, change the system, or just being abusive and harmful.

One user was openly scammed and the PMs have been made public, in which the admin even states she will not ever allow refunds.
"Many retailers, as part of their business models, allow returns if customers change their minds or receive unwanted items as gifts. While many retailers have decided this makes for the best business practice, they aren't legally required to accept returns. Rather, retailers are required to accept returns only if the sold good is defective or if they otherwise break the sales contract." 
I wish to add; the scammed person never got the desired pets she had tried purchasing, which the admin also had ignored for months to get done. She broke contract and refused a refund, which means she has legally scammed the person of their money. 

The only people she could get on team are two of her close offline friends, none who knew the site prior even wanted to work with her or the website after all she pulled. They also claimed art to be theirs that was another artists who had recently quit, never trying to correct their mistake. The only coders and artists on the site are in the same vein as her herself; Abusive, scamming, egotistical people who only know themselves to be right, and everyone else gets banned.

Also remember you can't breed your own pets if the previous owner didn't want you to, that, too, gets you banned.

It is best to not even give this website even just one minute, or create an account to check it all out. Do not help such a person.
